I find myself sometimes "iron-cheffing" things.. meaning I'll know what main course to cook, but as far as side dishes and such go I usually pull items from the pantry and combine them based on what goes well, etc. Great recipe, I'll have to try it sometime   more...

what a timely recipe having just spent a week seeking out and consuming every variation of one of my top 5 favorite desserts. I really hope some of the men take you up on this invitation. Flan is so easy and fun to prepare.
