There are various crimes that they may be guilty of when making threats over the internet. High tech crime and terrorism is a focus of these agencies. If you or they live in the U.S. you may report it to the FBI:

No, this isn't the New World Order trying to invade your privacy. These are government agencies created to protect citizens from those who prey on the innocent. If you're being harassed, threatened, or see dangerous and illegal activity going on, these are the appropriate authorities to whom you should make a report.

The crime of pretending to be another individual in order to deceive others and gain some advantage.
The crime of false impersonation is defined by federal statutes and by state statutes that differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. In some states, pretending to be someone who does not actually exist can constitute false impersonation. For example, suppose Bill attempts to evade prosecution for a crime by giving the arresting officer a fictitious name and address. In Colorado, where "[a] person who knowingly assumes a false or fictitious identity and, under that identity, does any other act intending unlawfully to gain a benefit for himself is guilty of criminal impersonation," Bill could be charged with a crime (Colo. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 18-5-113[1] [West 1996]). In this situation, the benefit Bill hopes to realize is avoiding prosecution, so that element of the offense has been satisfied. To be charged, the defendant does not need to seek a monetary benefit from the impersonation.
In New York, giving only a fictitious name does not constitute false impersonation. Under New York law, criminal impersonation is committed when an individual "[i]mpersonates another and does an act in such assumed character with intent to obtain a benefit or to injure or defraud another"(N.Y. Penal Law § 190.25 [McK-inney 1996]). In other words, it is illegal to impersonate a real person, but not a fictitious one. Thus, if Carol forges Ann's name on checks made out to Ann so that Carol can cash the checks, Carol could be guilty of false impersonation—but only if Ann is a real person. Such laws are designed to protect innocent people from the losses they may incur owing to the wrongful acts of others and to restore any loss of dignity and reputation they may have suffered as a result of impersonation.
Most state laws also provide that the impersonation of a public official is a criminal act. In Texas, impersonating "a public servant with intent to induce another to submit to his pretended official authority or to rely on his pretended official acts" is a crime (Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 37.11 [West 1996]). Depending on the jurisdiction, the public servant being impersonated does not always have to actually exist. For example, suppose Carl pulls over a driver, shows her a fake police badge, and reprimands her for speeding but tells her that he will not arrest her if she pays him $50. Carl's actions constitute the crime of false impersonation, in addition to any other crimes, including Extortion, that may apply to the situation. Thousands of criminal reports are filed every year by individuals victimized in various ways by persons impersonating police officers.
Under federal law, pretending to be "an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States" in order to demand or obtain "any money, paper, document, or thing of value" can result in a fine as well as imprisonment for up to three years (18 U.S.C.A. § 912). Like state false impersonation statutes, the federal law also seeks to protect interests such as the dignity and prestige of individuals, especially those who hold federal office. Federal statutes also prohibit other types of impersonation, including pretending to be a U.S. citizen; pretending to be a U.S. officer or employee attempting to arrest or search a person or search a building; pretending to be a creditor of the United States or a foreign official; and pretending to be an agent or member of 4-H or of the Red Cross.

I agree cloudclimber and think that trying to resolve the issue is important because of its context.kids are allowed to visit this site and virtually have access to whatever they want,so yeah there's nothing wrong with 18plus content as long as its where it needs to be. |

Regarding adult language in PG14 area... If someone is having a bad day and finds themself using adult language, it's time to either close down the show for the day, or move to 18 plus.
There's always room for improvement in all of our Live Shows including superstars like Greg Lions who is an example of a PG14 show with adult language/theme slip ups. There is no further issue taken by me with adult language, themes, or content in the 18 plus.
Presently, I am only notifying LV and the OAG of Live Shows linking to XXX porn from PG14. I"m assuming that responsible adults whose infractions are limited to cursing will conform to the TOS on their own...c c |

Lets do some think here shall we!
Hacking, viruses, and god knows what else, people accuse other people of doing god knows what, some people threaten others with god knows what, others go on and on and on and on, about what someone heard someone else threaten to do….people stand up for ya self, and stop going around scare mongering, and deal with it. People are getting bored in hearing that same moaning complaints, about “oh this is what we are doing, or uhh this is what I am going to do“or “this is what so and so is doing”. who cares know your legal rights…hay you HAVE SOME …even do, this is the internet, and that we are only normal people…(normal consider underlined)
Anyway well here is one way of getting to the bottom of it, if u thinks you have contracted a virus, may it be from a website, or an email or anyone, or to that matter or any think.
Firstly, why not do the simplest of all things; don’t give out your personal details if you don’t know them.
Secondly, have or set you anti-virus up so that it, does 90% of the work for you, like email scanning ECT, and remember you’re responsible what you allow on to your computer.
Hay why not do this, firstly, get your self a external hard drive, where you can put all your valuable documents, and what ever you have on that, it can be disconnected from you main computer, so if some nugget decides to hack or send you what ever, or there is a viruses circulating like the “conficker” then you will know that most of your goodies are safe.
Now in the past 9 months ,I hear about “uhhh they hack my account”…well news flash just in…IF THIS IS THE FACT,THEN LIVEVIDEO ARE FULLY RESPONCIBLE, as whom ever did hack you account, have therefore hack or have access to the admin scripts of LV..(meaning they have also hackt live video) why I know that you may ask, well I been doing my own behind the scene investigations, and I could name some people who I am fully aware of, who could and may have done this, but sadly I don’t have the proof to verified my finding’s, however there are steps that you can take to stop or make it extremely hard for these Muppets, from getting access to your account. Also remember the LVmods are only that, MODS, the only person who should be contacted in regards of any funny business in regards of your account/accounts, should be LVADMIN01….BUT HAY I could be wrong
Advice:
1) Change your password periodically, and make it a combo, like numbers, letters, caps, small ECT.
2) Don’t give out any information, where they could figure out the password, from what you say!
3) If you believe you have been compromised, contact LV administration via email. As they have a legal obligation to investigate the matter!
4) Keep a record of every think that happens, and make shore you keep it safe, so if some think happens to your system, you then have at least the documents safe, i.e. external hard drive.
5) write down your passwords in a little notebook, and have that handy, its better to right the password down, and then have it there, then trying to remember a 24 digit combination password….or is it that hard …?
So in future, when anyone screams wolf,(regarding they have been hack, or they cant get in there account for some reason….!) just point them to this, also people remember LV have rules they need to follow as well, so make shore you read all the TOS, policy rights ect..ECT you may find it interesting to read! And also remind them (have u forgot your password), now this happens a lot doesn’t it….LOL
Now I could go in to this, and spend days, just typing and typing till someone reminds me that I have real life to live, a job to do, or that realities really exist, now that’s the hole point, what ever anyone does, or what there opinion is, well that’s there opinion, and in the past few weeks, I have shown my opinion about a lot of people, and a lot of people are not liking that one bit, here is a little inside information for you…come close don’t want to shout this out…ok close enough…I DON’T GIVE A SHIT.
I can tell the difference between a genuine person, and a shit stirring ,waste of rations, who only are after one thing, starting argument’s or scare mongering, but if other cant see this then fine your choice, and your problem so deal with it, and don’t bring it to me, refusal to lower my self, may offend you. And a lot of people sent me a friends request, well I deleted all of them the other day, as until I am back on peaceful ground, I will not indever my self to worrie about who I have on my friends list or not, you just have to wait, the people who I want to be in contact with are on there and anyone else, well sorry but its not me jumping bed’s every five minutes is it now…..???
Ok now very quickly, just so you know, I have inquired with the computer Spec specialist other here what you can do to make shore you don’t have a corrupted system and this is what to do.
If you have been installing Windows updates, your system won't be vulnerable. You can also run Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool which can clean out the Conficker worm, and also do a complete check, now you can do a quick scan and a full scan and a custom scan, that’s up to you!:

Vista: Start | mrt.exe
Also another way to make shore that u haven’t contracted this little bitch is this?

Modding should be at the discretion of the host and isn't really anything to do with etiquette. I often mod all the women because some men sometimes continually agitate a woman even after they've been asked to stop and the women sometimes are afraid to say anything to the host. If the women are modded, they have the power to deny an advance, forcefully if needed.
