A time of worries of Nuclear War With Russia and Bomb Shelters, Weekly testing of the Air Raid Sirens. The McDonalds signs all Read “OVER 1,000,000 SOLD” As Kids Growing Up in the late 60s and early 70s We had our worries Yes. But we also had Church on Sunday, Followed by a big Sunday Dinner, Baseball down on the corner lot- that every town had no matter how large or small. And Bestest of all we had out SATURDAY MORNING CARTOONS! That took us away from all the pressures of the times at least for a few hours.. Before We had to cut the grass, Do our Saturday Chores, and help Mom Pack Groceries in from the car.[/COLOR]
