Mario Paint was basically an art program for the SNES. Interestingly enough; the Music Mode has been more...a viral hit on the internet as dozens of Mario Paint compositions can be found on Youtube and various gaming sites. The Music Mode was recreated as a standalone program called Mario Paint Composer and added several features such as longer song length, sharp and flat notes and the ability to save.
