This is the dividing line between Philadelphia and Montgomery County, closest to the city. On the Philly more...side, one pays almost 5% wage tax. Across the street, one pays $52. a year wage tax. If you live in Philly and work in Montgomery County, you pay Philly wage tax and the $52. I work on the Montgomery County side of that sign... and live in Philadelphia. $$$ less
