| | | -other posibility- instead of lelouch having the code and geass, it may just be that when a person dies the code activates. if you remember charles died when lelouch ordered him to die with the mirrors; also in cc's memory of when she recieved the code, she was bleeding a lot, so she may have died fighting that woman.

| | | | I'm gonna go with Lelouch took Chales' code. if you remember, lelouch used his geass on him right after charles grabbed his throat. they didn't specify in the series what would happen if a person took a code of immortality from a person who wasn't their contractor, so that may be why lelouch still had his geass. also, nunnaly was able to see lelouch's memories when she touched his hand, so that's similar to when suzaku touched cc and saw hers, hence, lelouch had a code. btw, there have been rumors that nunnaly can tell by touching someones' hand if they're lying, so people are saying that's how she saw lelouch's memories; i'ld like to clear this up: nunnaly could tell if someone was lying by touching their hand because she was feeling their pulse, she's blind(at least she use to be) so her senses are heightened, there was nothing "magical" about this- also, i'm sure people will argue, "she wasn't really blind, she was under a geass!!", yes, this is true, but all of your senses are heigtened when you cut one off, so even though the geass was why she couldn't see, she still wasn't using her sense of sight, so the same principle applies.
