| | | | I think it would be wonderful. Why? because they can still make movies featuring animals. We have this technology called CGI and it has been used to replace animals before in feature films.
The reason I am calling a boycott to "Speed Racer" because, there was an offer to make a CGI ape for the movie. The producers refused because, it would look to fake. HAVE YOU SEEN THE PREVIEWS??? The whole movie looks unrealistic. I swear I saw the default wallpaper of the desert scene that comes with the your Windows XP package.
This ape was apparently beaten on the set for biting one of the actors. Let's say this. CHIMPS are wild, intelligent animals. They are not meant to be actors. Because frankly...they are babies...Babies like to PLAY!!!!!!!!! not be calm. It is not in their nature to walk upright either.
So this is why I think they are bad actors and NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH CGI animals. It is NOT like these animals get paid for what they do. Their abusive trainers do.
