 | When did your passion for exploring begin?

| | | OK, since nobodies going first :-) I'll answer my own question lol
Until i was 10 years old, i lived in England in a busy town, i had no real freedom, my parents wouldn't let me leave my own street on my own, because they were scared about the traffic on the roads etc. So at that time i didn't get much time to explore accept for when i occasionally went with my parents or grandfather to a near by national park full of some small woods and ruined old buildings; i can remember loving exploring the woods there, but i really developed a passion for exploring after my family moved to Spain when i was 10 years old!
We moved to the country near a small Villa surrounded by mountings. Suddenly for the first time in my life i had total freedom. With our bicycles my brother and i explored every mountain road and track that left the village, we even use to take a packed lunches with us and in our lunch time break from school (we got about 4 hours!) we would explore the area.
So although it was clear i loved exploring from a very young age, i really developed a passion for it later when i was around 10 years old.
So there's my answer :-) Anyone else feel like contributing here?
