When Live isn't Live....

Ok here's a rant for you. Why does LiveVideo has Live tv channels listed as on-line when no one is in them broadcasting???? You click on their profile link in the LiveShow section and it says they are currently not broadcasting. So why are they listed as being on-line?????????
